POSITION SUMMARY:


We are looking for a Clerk. This is a full- time position is through June 30 and is located in Salt Lake City, UT. The hourly rate is $22/hr.


 


 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and copying documents.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


 


Required Qualifications :

·        Strong computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office

·        Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time


·        Work is constantly performed in an office environment

Education and Experience:


·       High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.


·       Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.


·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.


·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


 


Physical Requirements:


·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


·       Working hours M-F, 8am – 5pm


·       Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
