POSITION SUMMARY:


 


We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Representative in the City of Miami area. The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information. This Full-time position has an expected duration of 3 months and pays $21.09 per hour. The location of this role is in the City of Miami Beach.


Required Qualifications :
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


·    Respond to customer questions via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.


·    Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.


·    Assist customers with placing orders, making changes to orders, or confirming details.


·    Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.


·    Accurately record and update customer information in databases or CRM systems.


·    Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or to resolve ongoing issues.


·    Log details of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.


·    Work closely with sales, technical support, or logistics teams to resolve complex issues.


·    Share customer feedback with management to help improve products, services, or customer processes.


·    Continuously learn about new products, features, and policies to assist customers effectively.


 


Required Skills/Abilities:


·       Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills within the English language.


·       Proven, high quality customer service (internal and external customers).


·       Ability to work collaboratively.


·       Solid ability to analyze situations carefully and adopt appropriate courses of action.


·       Ability to understand and adhere to the duties, methods, and procedures required by the position.


·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


·       Ability to prioritize tasks.


·       Ability to effectively communicate to large and small group audiences.


·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:


·       High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.


·       Two years or more in a Call Center or related position.


Physical Requirements:


·       The work of this classification includes the performance of physical activities such as walking, standing, and bending and the operation of dental equipment and instruments.


·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


·       Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds at times.
