POSITION SUMMARY:


 


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position pays $­­­­17/hr, and is located in Phoenix, AZ.


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls from the public.

  • Answer general questions regarding the claim process and directs callers to the appropriate agency/division and/or claim form, as appropriate.

  • Answering inbound calls and directing them to the proper agency.

  • Help with outbound notices such as printing, folding, and placing the notice inside of an envelope.

  • Provide a high level of customer service in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications :

Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Ability to interpret and translate verbal Spanish communication is helpful but not required.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

  • Proven, high quality customer service.

  • Strong typing and writing skills.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Ability to respond appropriately to changing situations.

  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.

  • Highly motivated.


Education and Experience:




  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field, preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, or related field.



Physical Requirements:




  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Working hours M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm.

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
