We are currently hiring an IN-PERSON , Dynamic Office Manager for the Maryland Behavioral Health Administrative Services Project!




This is an IN-PERSON position located in a brand new office setting in Hanover, Maryland. The Office Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations of the Maryland Behavioral Health Administrative Services Project ensuring that quality behavioral health services are accessible to the citizens of Maryland.




Position Summary – Executive Administrative Assistant




We are currently recruiting for a Executive Administrative Assistant with strong Administrative Technical skills and a dynamic personality! This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IN-PERSON Office Management and Administrative Support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The pay is between $21-$23 per hour based on experience.


 


The role is currently in person in Hanover, MD. 


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Operate within a highly professional office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled with precision and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records and organize general files with a strong focus on data integrity.

  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, multi-faceted organization with diverse priorities and stakeholders.

  • Order and manage office supplies, keeping inventory well-maintained and stocked.

  • Screen and direct phone calls professionally, ensuring inquiries reach the appropriate personnel promptly.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and sending detailed calendar invites.

  • Record, compile, and distribute meeting minutes with precision and timeliness.

  • Arrange complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to company policies.

  • Prepare and process expense reports with a high level of accuracy.

  • Gather and assemble materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring they are polished and professionally formatted.

  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, letters, and presentations that meet corporate standards.

  • Conduct data tracking, reporting, and research to support business needs.

  • Organize and update visual materials, including charts, tables, and reports, with attention to detail.

  • Handle routine correspondence professionally and in alignment with company protocols.


 


Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 55 words per minute preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
