Schedule:
- Schedule: This position requires alternating shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, so candidates must be adaptable to varying schedules and willing to collaborate with team members across different shifts
- It’s a full-time position and may be required to be on call.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Operations Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Hope Center, ensuring participant satisfaction, staff performance, and compliance with policies. This position requires a strong leader who can adapt to changing needs, manage staff, and handle a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all participants.
- Address participant concerns promptly.
- Train staff on service procedures and maintain office cleanliness.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and supervise front office and operational staff.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing development opportunities.
- Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and payroll approvals.
- Lead staff meetings and provide guidance to improve performance.
- Operations Oversight:
- Assist in managing daily operations across various departments (housekeeping, front desk, grounds, maintenance).
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Financial Management: (will be phased in as other duties are solidified)
- Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, and revenue management.
- Support the Managing Director and Operations Director in meeting financial goals.
- Help explain budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to Hope Center policies, regulations, and standards.
- Enforce compliance among staff and participants.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee participant entry, verification, and admittance.
- Coordinate food and donation delivery, sorting, storage, and distribution.
- Manage participant intake, room inspections, and move-ins/outs.
- Administer Rent Readiness Program.
- Complete daily reports and maintain operational logs.
- Assist with emergency management and operations.
- Human Resources/Staff Support:
- Supervise Mentor/Case Monitor Supervisors and their teams.
- Participate in the hiring and termination process for staff.
- Attend management meetings and prepare reports for the Managing Director.
Job Requirements:

- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Must make informed decisions in high-pressure situations, particularly when dealing with complex issues.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills are required to interact with staff and participants, particularly in sensitive situations.
- Leadership: Must lead by example, setting a positive tone and maintaining high work standards.
- Shift Flexibility: The position involves alternating 1st and 2nd shifts, requiring flexibility with scheduling.
- Handling Challenging Clientele: Ability to work with participants who may experience emotional distress, maintain professionalism, and de-escalate difficult situations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Interview Process:
- First round: Panel virtual interview
- Second round: In-person, onsite
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds at times.
- Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
